The terms that apply to this website, and how they sit alongside the agreements that govern actual client work.

01About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Olystique Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in Nigeria (RC 9782136). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
02Use of the website
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business purposes. In using it, you agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system or network.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content commercially without our written permission.
03Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us and does not oblige either party to proceed. We may decline any enquiry. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form. Information submitted before a confidentiality agreement is in place is not treated as confidential, although we will still handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
04Accuracy of content
The content of this site is provided for general information about our services and technical positions. It does not constitute professional, technical or legal advice, and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without advice specific to your circumstances.
Items on our Work page are labelled as capabilities or concepts. They describe reference architectures and the scope we are equipped to deliver. They are not representations that a specific system has been delivered to a specific client, and they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
We keep this site current but do not warrant that it is complete or free from error, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
05Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, layout, graphics and code, is owned by Olystique Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The OLYSTIQUE name and brand may not be used without our written permission.
Ownership of intellectual property created during a client engagement is determined by the agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
06Third-party links and platforms
This site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
Where an engagement involves integrating with a third-party platform, that integration is subject to the platform's terms and to the authorisation granted by the client. We do not represent, and are not affiliated with, any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
07Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the site and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability arising from client work is governed by the limitations agreed in the relevant engagement contract.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction of your place of business where necessary to protect our rights.
09Changes and contact
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top reflects the current revision.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@olystique.com, or by post to our registered office in Lagos, Nigeria.
